About Us

Hi my name is Suzanne and Pink Scissors Fabric is my small business. I started my Business and website in 2014 because of my passion for fabric and sewing. I am a Mum of two grown up children, and 3 fur babies

When my children were small I enjoyed making clothes for them; out of this passion I grew my business idea. Our customers tell us we have interesting, different & quirky fabrics with beautiful rich colourful prints & the best stretch jersey & rib.

I won Sew magazine readers best Independent sewing shop in Wales 2021 & 2022 which I am very proud of.

I have fantastic teachers, Sheila, Linda who run some fantastic classes & are a great support

Our customers say we supply high quality fabric at the best prices with a friendly personal service & as we specialise in Stretch Jersey we are the local go to shop to buy this in South Wales & Bridgend. Thank you for visiting my website & supporting a small business it’s very much appreciated.

As a small business I support Project Linus Bridgend by donating fabric, space in my shop,  training room & time. Project Linus make quilts for traumatised children & young adults. I feel this is a way of supporting a local charity & children in my area.  In March 2022 I received a National Lottery plaque from Bridgend Mayor & Mayoress Steve & Freya Bledsoe to display outside my shop.

My shop is located junction 35 off the M4 in Bridgend Unit 5, Highwayman Business Park, Castle View, CF311NJ (Coming from Bridgend Town Centre along Coity Road) Turn right just before ATS then turn right into the Caeffatri Pub. I’m on the left in the pub car park.
